Public Meetings to Discuss Draft Education Compact


The public is warmly invited to the following upcoming meetings for discussion of the draft Education Compact. The purpose of the Education Compact is to establish a collaborative strategy between the City of Richmond and Richmond Public Schools to improve the lives of children and families inside and outside the classroom, based on shared ambitious goals, organizational collaboration, and a shared resource development strategy. Each meeting will include comments from the Mayor’s Office, hosting elected officials or entities, an overview of the draft Compact, and public comment period.

Additional meetings to discuss the Compact are in the process of being scheduled for the month of April and will be announced once finalized.
