BACKGROUND: The aforementioned area will be closed to allow tree cutting along the Richmond-Henrico Turnpike.
DETOUR: Heading North on Richmond-Henrico Turnpike: From East Brookland Park Boulevard go north on Wellington Street, west on Craigie Avenue, then north on the Richmond-Henrico Turnpike.
Heading South on Richmond-Henrico Turnpike: From Richmond-Henrico Turnpke go east on Craigie Avenue, south on Wellington Street, then enter
