Public Notice: 2016-2020 Consolidated Plan & 2017 Annual Action Plan

In accordance with HUD citizen participation requirements, a 30-day public comment period for the 2016-2020 Consolidated Plan and the proposed 2017 Annual Action Plan (City FY 2018) will begin on April 7, 2017, and will expire on May 22, 2017. By this notice the City of Richmond announces the availability of the second year of the five year 2016-2020 Consolidated Plan also known as the proposed 2017 Annual Action Plan Budget is ready for public review and comment.
