RICHMOND CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING AMENDMENT TO THE 2019-2020 CONSOLIDATED ACTION PLAN On Monday, April 27, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. in City Council Chambers, the Richmond City Council will hold a public hearing on an amendment to the 2019-2020 Consolidated Action Plan and FY 2019-2020 budget for the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and carryover funds from FY 2018-2019 HOME Investment Partnership (HOME) program. The additional funds are reprogrammed federal entitlement dollars allocated to the City from the U. S. Department of Housing & Urban Development to implement the housing and community development priorities and activities identified in the 5-year Consolidated Plan. East Richmond Road Convenience Center to Begin Closing Earlier

Closing one hour earlier Beginning Monday, April 6 the East Richmond Road Convenience Center (ERRCC) will close at 3:30 p.m. on weekdays. Hours have been extended since October, during replacement of the tipping floor at the Hopkins Road Transfer Station. The ERRCC is open Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. The facility is closed Sunday and holidays observed by the City of Richmond.
