Presentation on Eviction Diversion Program

At the Monday, March 9 informal meeting of Richmond City Council, the council-members received a presentation on Mayor Levar Stoney's Eviction Diversion Program, a first of its kind in the Commonwealth program that began serving families and individuals on the verge of eviction last October.
