Richmond Earth Day Festival: Rain Barrel Contest

The Department of Public Utilities encourages everyone to vote for your favorite rain barrel painted by Richmond Public School 5th graders.  Winners will be announced April 17, 2015, and the winning barrels will be displayed at the Earth Day Festival, April 18th at Great Shiplock Park.  Voting is open to all City employees, as well as, the general public.
